Exit Page
An exit page is the final page a visitor views before leaving a website, regardless of how they arrived or how many pages they visited. Unlike a bounce (single-page session), an exit page can follow a multi-page session. High exit rates on transactional or funnel pages may indicate UX or content problems.
Exit page data is tracked in Google Analytics under Behavior > Site Content > Exit Pages, showing exit rate per URL. High exit rates on key conversion pages are diagnosed using heatmap tools like Hotjar and tested for improvement via A/B tools like Google Optimize or VWO.
