Deliverables produced specifically for a client under a paid engagement are transferred to the client upon full payment, as outlined in the relevant service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver the agreed services.
• Grant necessary access to platforms, accounts, or data as reasonably required.
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within the agreed timeframe.

5. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of services.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information disclosed during the engagement and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kubnal Bridge's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the appropriate legal channels.

10. Changes to These Terms
