Organic Traffic
Organic traffic refers to website visitors who arrive via unpaid search engine results — as opposed to paid traffic (PPC), direct traffic, referral traffic, or social traffic. It is one of the most valuable traffic sources for most websites because it is driven by genuine user intent and does not require ongoing ad spend.
Organic traffic is measured in Google Analytics under Acquisition > All Traffic > Channels > Organic Search, and cross-referenced with Google Search Console's Performance report for query-level breakdown. Ahrefs and SEMrush provide organic traffic estimates and trend data for competitor benchmarking.
